Our premium single estate EVOO, handpicked from our trees in Le Marche in October 2022 and pressed at our local mill using the newest milling technology. 
 
Olive cultivars Coroncina and Piantone di Mogliano alongside Orbetana, Raggiola, Ascolana, and Mignolone produce an intense, spicy oil.
 
Originating in the hilltop village of Serrapetrona, Coronica combines a spicy, bitter flavour with notes of artichoke. It contributes an exceptionally high average polyphenol count of 577 mg/kg.
 
Piantone di Mogliano is particularly high in oleic acid (average 76.1%) and lends a balance of herby and nutty notes.
 
Vegan, free from gluten and allergens.
