Our premium single estate EVOO, picked in October 2025 and pressed at Frantoio San Pacifico using the latest 2 phase milling technology. 

Olive cultivars Coroncina and Piantone di Mogliano alongside Orbetana, Raggiola, Ascolana, and Mignolone produce an intense, spicy oil.

Originating in the hilltop village of Serrapetrona, Coronica combines a spicy, bitter flavour with notes of artichoke. It contributes an exceptionally high average polyphenol count of 577 mg/kg.

Piantone di Mogliano is particularly high in oleic acid (average 76.1%) and lends a balance of herby and nutty notes.

Selected from the finest local farms, and pressed at our Frantoio G. Fratini, using latest 2 phase milling technology.

Filtered for maximum freshness and longevity. Orbetana and Raggia cultivars produce a delicate, well balanced oil.

Grown only in the valleys surrounding San Severino, Orbetana is known as ‘the landlord’s olive‘ for the exceptional fluidity of its oil, with notes of fresh herbs and tomato, alongside high levels of chlorophyll.

Raggia contributes an oleic/linoleic ratio of 75% to 7.3% and brings notes of almond to produce a slightly sweeter tasting oil.
